Israel to bomb Iran?

Posted by Picasa Israel will hit Iran in the next few months: Israeli official

By Khalid Hasan

WASHINGTON: Israel will strike Iran’s nuclear facilities in the next “month or two or three,” an Israeli official has been quoted here as saying.

The unnamed official told Arnaud de Borchgrave, editor-in-chief of the United Press International (UPI), at the recently held national day reception at the Israeli Embassy that he believed Israel would strike Iran first in the next two or three months and that fighter bombers would not be involved as they had been to take out Iraq’s Osirak nuclear reactor before it went critical in 1981. For Osirak, Israel had used 14 F-15s and F-16s. This time, the Israeli said, it would be missiles. Asked if Israel would employ Cruise missiles, he replied, “with a gesture of his hand that went up and down again”, which meant that it would be the weapon of choice.

Asked if tunnel entrances to widely scattered Iranian nuclear facilities would be targeted, he responded that Israel had its own geo-stationary spy-in-the-sky satellite taking constant pictures of Iran with a resolution down to 70 centimetres. “We know far more than anyone realises,” he added.==== TG

Liberals can deal with heavy issues. Credible issues. This one is being ignored because it is not credible.
Look who wrote the article. Does the author sound credible when you check him out and find him writing of 'Zionist Magicians' attacking Pakastani men?
Try again TG

Arnaud of UPI is solid enough. I admit not knowing much about the author.

Why is it liberals make claims but never provide evidence or a reference link?

And then sign *anonymous*?? TG

Time will tell.

Whats truly scary is that its a very real possibility that the usa is going to nuke Iran. I truly believe what the Iranian prime minister says when he says he will use nuclear technology in a non military way. The usa has been the only nation to actually use a nuclear weapon. so they know the devastation they cause. and here they are mulling over the idea of using it again? Crazy! It has been a long time, but the usa once did great harm to its own people during the segregation years and even today racism is still very much alive in some states and i'm sure there are still some old folks who still believe the black race is inferior and teach their kids that value. In my way of thinking George Bush is calling the kettle black.

Another point I would like to make is, this whole war on terror thing will never really succeed because Bush himself is creating terror by trying to force his own style of democracy on others who yes want democracy but need to make it on their own terms in stead of having it shoved down their throats. and the usa can't figure out why people arent cooperating with them. When the united states finally ended segregation they did it their own way. No other country went to war with them over the issue i'm sure if another country did the united states wouldnt have liked it one bit. So what is this obsession with the usa to go to war on behalf of anothers country's growing pains? It definately has to be about some finacial gain and not some real concern over humanity. If they were really concerned about humanity their has been many many recent cases that the usa has completely ignored. Rwanda as one example. even the canadian government neglected that whole thing very badly.
