Tony,
I noted that you were Duke's cheap site and left a message.
I do know something about html actually. I have built several websites for others. Bit of a hobby.
I built the cheap website for fun only. I may use it in the future.
I deleted my Duke's Place site as you may already be aware.
Cheers,
Duke
Yeah, it is time consuming and there is no way I'm going to invest the time to surf, collect *scoop* links and publish stuff two, three times a day like Kate and Steve do.
I think your graphic and cartoon humour and insights were great.
Lots of people enjoyed it. Trouble is that leaving comments is something many bloggers don't do, unless they are in a bee*s nest like Angry*s place.
This other site you have. You could put good cuts of musical instruments there. Maybe even sell a few used items.
You could have left the site in place and neglect it for a while before removing it.
Oh well. You can probably come up with a decent Flag for Canada.
That Liberal red Trudeau thing has gotta go.
Our flag needs some blue and an orange-gold maple leaf. The fleur de lis on blue is about right. Too much prominence on red. TG
definitely replace one of the sides of red with blue, I think if the leaf was more real, like you have in this flag rather than the mono-color unit we have now... would be excellent.
really.
of course then it would be red white and blue... it would never get by the remaining liberals in ottawa.
The fleur-de-lis should not be on any Canadian flag. It just perpetuates the "two nation" myth. Rather, why not just use our existing flag, but change the red bars on either side to blue (as was suggested during the whole original flag debate) and replace the maple leaf with the orange colored one in your examples?
